VN Series pixel shift cameras, named a finalist in the Prism Awards sponsored by SPIE and Photonics Media, are designed for applications where extremely high resolution is required. Vieworks advanced pixel shift technology based on a precise piezoelectric stage allows image captures as high as 260 million pixels using the VN-29MC camera. These cameras are ideal for applications such as FPD inspection, document/film scanning, research and scientific imaging.


CXP

​VN CXP Series is a high speed industrial area scan camera equipped with the latest CMOS image sensor. It features 25 megapixel resolutions with frame rate up to 72 fps. This is the first CMOS pixel shifting camera whose resolution is extended from 25 megapixels up to 235 megapixels through vieworks’ iconic pixel shifting technology. With the VN-25MX, customers in the industrial market can take advantage of 235 million pixels resolution at 8 fps. Its CoaXPress interface supports transmitting image data at up to 6.25 Gbps using a single coaxial cable and up to 25 Gbps using four cables. Featured with high speed and high resolution, this new technology is ideal for inspection systems such as FPD, PCB and semiconductor as well as 3D imaging and digitizing of different objects.

The VN Camera Link series is a progressive scan, high-resolution industrial area scan cameras. All functions of VN cameras can be programmed and updated in the field. The image processing and controls of VN Camera Link series is based on embedded FPGA with a 32-bit microprocessor. Furthermore, the VN Camera Link series has improved resolution by using pixel shift technology. A XY Stage is precisely shifted as nanometers unit so that the image sensor can be moved in X and Y direction (1/2 or 1/3 pixel distance) while taking images.
